
Asian Seared Sesame Tuna
3 ounces fresh tuna
1 teaspoon peanut oil
½ cup brown rice
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Cook brown rice according to package directions.
10 minutes before the rice is finished cooking, heat a medium-size nonstick skillet over medium- high heat.
Place tuna in the hot skillet.
For rare tuna, cook 1 to 1 ½ minutes per side.
To make the sauce, mix together peanut oil, soy sauce, chopped garlic, and sesame seeds.
On a large plate place the tuna over brown rice and drizzle sauce over tuna.
