Tilapia with Mango Salsa

3 oz tilapia filet
¼ cup chopped mango 
¼ cup diced tomatoes 
¼ chopped red onion 
1 teaspoon olive oil 
½ cup steamed broccoli 
½ medium baked sweet potato 
1 tbsp fresh Lime juice 
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Pierce the sweet potato several times with the tines of a fork. Place the sweet potato on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake until tender, 40 to 45 minutes. Place tilapia on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Season tilapia with sea salt and black pepper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the fish is opaque all the way through or registers 145˚F on a thermometer. To make the mango salsa in a medium-size bowl, mix together mango, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice. Drizzle olive oil over broccoli and bake for 8 minutes. Serve mango salsa over tilapia.
