Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:
2 scrambled eggs
1 whole-wheat tortilla
½ cup black beans
1 tablespoon low-fat shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 tablespoon salsa

Instructions:
Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add whisked eggs to the hot skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add the cheese and beans, cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, or until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked. Season eggs with sea salt and black pepper, as desired. Lay the tortilla flat and place egg and beans down the center of the tortilla. Top eggs with salsa and roll-up the tortilla.
