
Banana and Mixed Berries Breakfast Smoothie
Here is an easy and healthy breakfast smoothie sure to give you a kickstart in the morning.
1/2 cup almond milk or 1/4 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 small banana
1/2 cup mixed berries
Ice
Put milk, yogurt, banana, berries and 1/2 cup ice into a blender and process until smooth.
